One of the people responsible for the murder of my family in Lithuania, was named Noreika. He is honored with an inscription on the outside of Lithuania’s Genocide Museum, as well as having a school named in his honor in Lithuania.
I wrote to the new Mayor of Vilnius, requesting an investigation into the validity of honors for Noreika, and received the attached response.
For those able to read Lithuanian, it is clear that Lithuania has not yet been able to make progress.
